Whenever shippers are not in a position for outright purchase of special tank containers (Glass Lined, Rubber Lined, Lead Lined), KF arranges for leasing of such special tank containers in the name of shippers through the Tank Leasing Companies known to KF and then provides “SOC Special Tank Container Management” as above.
